Refresh the visual identity and create the wayfinding system for the Matson Museum of Anthropology
Solution
The Matson Museum of Anthropology, located on the Penn State University Park campus, promotes the appreciation for human cultural and biological diversity among the public through its exhibit program and educational tours. The Museum displays archaeological objects from around the world. We used those very pieces as promotional materials via public posters and other ephemera to entice the public to visit and see the museum’s extensive collection. In addition, the signage was constructed using found wood that was laser cut and coated to ensure there was no damage in high traffic locations.
